Hello, I’m Jo.

I am a Counsellor / Psychotherapist offering long and short term therapy in North London. I am committed to offering psychotherapy in a safe, non-judgemental space.

I am able to work with you in an open-ended way or for an agreed time period. Most importantly it will be you that decides on the pace at which you want to go and for how long it feels right to continue.

I work with individuals, age 16 and above, having practised as a Counsellor in an NHS IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) service since 2013, alongside my private practice.

I am bound by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework for Good Practice and am a registered member of the BACP.
